We are a non-political Full-Time Martial Arts Studio trying to make a difference in the community. We offer classes in Korean Martial Art of Hapkido, Haidong Gumdo Sword, Siam Muay Thai Kick Boxing . We offer the only After School Program with transportation from school. Our Studio has two training areas totaling over 5000 sq/ft., as well a weight room, and Martial Arts Supply Store for students and surrounding area of Regina. Our Martial Art offers self-defense style for people of diverse sizes and proportions. Through study develop: respect, discipline, character, co-ordination, flexibility, strength, agility, speed, sportsmanship, leadership, peace of mind, self-confidence, winning spirit, mind and body harmony. |

Classes offered at Regina Martial Arts Center Korean Hapkido Martial Arts Class We offer great physical and mental training teaching the Korean Art of Hapkido with Traditional Korean Forms. Our self-defense emphasizing the use of Joint-locks, Ground Grappling, Chokes, Throws, Take-downs, and the use of Pressure Points to control an opponent of diverse sizes and proportions. After School Martial Arts Program AMP is an everyday full week, year around program that is an alternative to daycare or babysitting. The purpose of this program is to give parents an attractive alternative to traditional day care, where children can learn martial arts and martial arts related values, while providing a safe environment until their parents get off work.
