 Mr. Finlay  has been studying the Martial Arts for 27 years, and is a Certified Instructor with The Korean Combative Arts Association & The World Haidong Gumdo Federation.

Mr. Finlay has developed the programs and curriculum currently being used in the studio today.

 Mr. Finlay also studied and has a background in Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Kempo, Shotokan, Isshinryu Karate, as well as Kickboxing  Ground Grappling & Wresting. 

 2005  Mr. Finlay trained in Korea where he had the opportunity to study under  Grandmaster Lee Chang Soo of the Korea Hapkido Federation of Jin Jun Kwan.

He looks forward to sharing his love and passion for the martial arts with you in the future. After only a few weeks of training you will notice a positive change in your life.

¨ 2000-Started Training Full Time In Hapkido

¨ 2005-Trained Hapkido In Korea

¨ 2005-Received ownership of Flying Eagle Hapkido in Regina 

¨ 2005-Developed Curriculum known as the Korean Arts which is being in 3 studios today.

¨ 2005-Changed Studio name to the Regina Martial Arts Center  to better reflect martial arts in the city & community.
